Cookies Shop offers a range of cannabis products, including flower, edibles, concentrates, and accessories, as well as related services via the Site and mobile applications.
Our Services include online product catalogs, ordering and payment processing, delivery and in-store pickup services, product reviews, and customer support for our products. All of these offerings are collectively referred to as the “Services.”
Certain features of the Site or Services may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted on the Site in connection with such features. All such additional terms, guidelines, and rules are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. References to “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to you, a user of our Site and/or Services.
THESE TERMS OF USE (“AGREEMENT”) SET FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS FOR YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES. THE AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE REQUIRES (WITH LIMITED EXCEPTION) THAT YOU SUBMIT CLAIMS YOU HAVE AGAINST US TO BINDING AND FINAL ARBITRATION, AND FURTHER (1) YOU WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED TO PURSUE CLAIMS AGAINST COMPANY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING, AND (2) YOU WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED TO SEEK RELIEF (INCLUDING MONETARY, INJUNCTIVE, AND DECLARATORY RELIEF) ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.

3.1 License. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Cookies Shop grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Site and Services for your personal, noncommercial use.
3.2 Certain Restrictions. The rights granted to you in this Agreement are subject to the following restrictions: (a) you shall not license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Site or Services.
User expressly acknowledges that Cookies Shop is for residents of states and localities with laws regulating medical or recreational use of cannabis only and that medical cannabis collectives and patients are established pursuant to their respective local laws. Marijuana is classified under Schedule 1 of the United States Controlled Substances Act.
